Lately, I’ve been a bit obsessed with finding ways to improve my health. Besides making some very necessary changes to my eating habits, like eliminating wheat, white potatoes and sugary store-bought juices from my diet and eating more veggies/fruits, I’ve been looking for ways to jumpstart my exercise routine. However, since hitting the gym is not an option, since I find it pretty boring, I’ve been looking for alternatives that would be fun so that I could stay motivated and stay on track.
After getting a few ideas online, I decided to buy the Pure Fun 40-in. Mini Trampoline. From what I’d seen online, it looked like fun and would make for a great workout. I’ve been using it for about two weeks and I absolutely love it. I do different exercises on it while I listen to my favorite Beyoncé and Rihanna songs and definitely work up a sweat. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get active, but has a short attention span when it comes to traditional exercise.
Now, I couldn’t start a new exercise routine without getting some workout gear, right? So, I used this as an opportunity to stop in at my local Lane Bryant and try their activewear options. They had a really good selection, especially when it came to bottoms. So, if you’re on the hunt for some fun plus-size activewear, Lane Bryant (especially, in-store) would be a great place to start. I’d also recommend checking out Macys.com.
Note: This trampoline has a 250 lb. weight limit.
