Animal Magnetism

plus size faux leather legging outfit idea

If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you know that I love, love, LOVE leopard prints.  So, you can imagine my excitement when I spotted this adorable gray leopard blouse from Vince Camuto a few weeks back. Yes, I know that I already have a ton of leopard printed pieces in my closet, BUT this one is different (at least that’s what I’m going to tell myself). I absolutely love it!  The fabric is silky, the fit is perfect and it can be worn off the shoulder, which you know I love.  Plus, I got it for a steal; $12 from $50.

I’ve been dying to wear this top and finally got the opportunity to on Thursday when I attended the Monif C. Swimwear 2014 Preview and let me tell you it was fabulous.  Not only was the event so much fun because I got to spend time with some of my fave blogger friends and meet some new ones, but the collection was stunning.  The swimsuits were well made, colorful and sexy.  Looks like I’ll have to start saving my pennies because I’ve got my eyes on the black and white ones (the printed and the colorblocked).

Below are a few of my fave moments from the event and some of the wonderful swimsuits from Monif C.  If you like what you see, be sure to check out the Monif C. website.

I love your fashion sense! I found your blog when I got my first pair of faux leather leggings and was looking for some outfit inspiration. I see you've done a few posts with your leggings and all the outfits look great (I especially love the red coat ensemble – such a classic look). But I just had to comment on this post because I have a pretty out of control animal print obsession. You look fantastic and I would love to see some more of your leather legging ideas in the future! 🙂
