Red Red Wine

plus size white leather jacket outfit

I’ve been dreaming about the perfect coated oxblood/wine-colored jeans for more than a year; so you can imagine my excitement when I spotted these beauties from Kut from the Kloth in the plus size section at my local Nordstrom Rack.  I got so excited that I actually began styling them aloud (read: talking to myself loudly in a public place).  Awkward.  I know.  Anyway, the fit is great and the price wasn’t too bad ($50), but a bit more than I would usually pay for a pair of jeans.  However, they are well worth since they’ve fit seamlessly into my wardrobe.

What items have you been longing to add to your closet?

Thanks for reading.

Such a chic look. I love how you've made the moto jacket ladylike with the scarf and pumps. Great find in those oxblood jeans! You'll really be able to pair them with so much. I just picked up a cropped denim jacket. I've been looking for a chambray button-up for, oh, I don't know, a year! But I just couldn't find the one. But I found this denim jacket when I wasn't even looking, and I'll be able to wear it even more ways than I could wear the chambray. Psyched!

Thanks!! Kut for the Kloth makes some very nice fitting jeans. I love the jacket too and the faux leather feels so soft.

Thanks for the compliment, Liz! I absolutely love these jeans and I appreciate them even more because it took so long to find the right pair.

A cropped denim jacket sounds so great, especially for the spring. A chambray top would have been great too, but I definitely think you will be able to get a lot more use out of the jacket. I can't wait to see how you style it.
